We needed a locksmith. This service was supposedly open Saturday until 12 o'clock but at 11:30 there was neither anyone in the store nor reachable by phone.

Great help. Very nice and competent. The key was broken, he got it out and was able to produce a new one. Good and cheap, highly recommended 👍

There should be more stores like this! They helped us super quickly with the key and the prices are great! Highly recommended!

Top. Quick and competent support. We have been working with the Lidl locksmith service for many years and are very satisfied. There have never been any problems.

We wanted to have a simple key made for a fixed basement lock. The young man was immediately extremely annoyed by our "harassment" and very unfriendly said that it would not be possible without the lock, that it would be a set screw lock, which was not true. He could not be convinced otherwise. He had no blank for our brought key. Clueless and rude! We wanted to buy something else, but after this treatment we refrained from it. By the way, we got our key within less than a minute from the very friendly Mr. Gröbl (Sicherheitstechnik Gröbl).

A store that unfortunately hardly exists these days. Professional advice. Here I can also get individual suitable screws without having to buy them by the package.

I will not come back. First, the East German employee yells at me that it's lunch break now and talks nonsense. He could have just helped without his stupid chatter, he could have taken a quicker break. Next, he screams around as if he has Asperger's syndrome: "What do you want!". Meanwhile, his colleagues are standing in the corner giggling like girls. The guy didn't even count the 50 screws I wanted to buy. If he is unable to do so for health reasons, I feel sorry for him. Better to go to a real store.
